CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORTING:  MAKING IT MEANINGFUL

A Program Sponsored by the Oregon State Bar Sustainable Future Section

Thursday, February 20, 2014, 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting is becoming a more prevalent means for companies to communicate their achievements of non-financial corporate purposes and impacts, including sustainability initiatives.  This program examined why companies engage in CSR reporting, the impact of Oregon benefit company legislation, standards and examples of CSR reporting, and whether CSR reporting is meaningful or purely marketing.
