 A viewing of the acclaimed documentary Saving Atlantis followed by a discussion moderated by one of the directors or researchers associated with the film.   Saving Atlantis addresses the dramatic decline of global coral reef ecosystems, which are critical habitat for 25 percent of all marine species.  The documentary investigates the degradation of coral reef ecosystems from pollution, overfishing, climate change, and other human-influenced causes, the peril to the global food web, and the efforts underway to preserve and protect coral reefs.
